Returns and Refund Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date.

Eligibility for Return

To apply for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging;

The item must be in the same condition as when received and intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return

All customized products are non-refundable once produced or shipped. Customized products include all clothing with personalized designs or customized content.

In addition, the following items are also not eligible for return:

Gift cards

Downloaded software products

Items that have been opened and are no longer resaleable (such as certain packaging or accessories)

Return Conditions

To complete a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Please return the item to the manufacturer’s address.

We offer partial refunds in the following situations:

Items with obvious signs of wear and tear;

Items that are damaged or missing parts, and not due to our fault;

Any item returned after the 30-day return period.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the return status via email and inform you whether the refund is approved.

If the refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method, and processing will typically be completed within a few business days.

Overdue or Unreceived Refund

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account or credit card statement.

If you have confirmed that the refund has not been received, please contact your credit card company or bank for assistance, as refund processing may take some time.

Promotional Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Promotional items, discounted items, etc., are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only offer exchange services for quality issues or damaged goods. If you need to exchange for the same style of item, please contact yttwear@gmail.com via email and contact customer service to arrange for the item to be shipped to the designated address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card equal to the value of the returned item. We will mail the gift card upon receiving the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift buyer shipped the order to themselves and planned to give it to you, the refund will be issued to the buyer, and they will be notified that the item has been returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Return processing times may vary depending on your location. If the returned item is expensive, we recommend using a trackable mail service or purchasing mail insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
